HMK 1910 was the result of Hallmark’s Innovation Stores division. The concept behind HMK allowed customers to personalize gifts, cards, and accessories. Alongside building the store experience, the brand, marketing tactics, and all external-facing collateral were also developed.
We partnered with local bloggers and social media influencers to help build brand awareness and the customers felt more invested in the experience to become brand advocates.
